The EPA just approved the most significant clean water protection rollback in the history of the Clean Water Act – the State of Montana’s adoption of reactive and nonscientific narrative nutrient standards for our waters.
If big polluters get their way, rivers, lakes, and streams across the state of Montana won’t get the protection from pollution they need to support healthy fisheries, provide clean drinking water, and support a thriving outdoors economy.
